EDIT - March 20, 2023: So Anker reached out to me and kindly resent me another charger. I'm so happy that it worked and I thank them for their customer service. Just came back from a cruise and the new charger worked just fine and super fast charged my Note 20.I purchased this Anker Super Fast Charger on Jul 13, 2022 to take with me on vacations to charge my Samsung Note 20. I went to Florida in September 2022 for a whole week and it worked fine the first night, but after that it stopped working completely. I would plug it in and nothing, and I even tried different C-type cables (I carry a bunch). Throughout my whole trip I had to use my Anker portable charger (go figure). I recently went on vacation again in January 2023 and I figured I'd give it another shot. Perhaps I had a faulty outlet in my hotel room before. Nonetheless, I plugged it in overnight and at first it recognized my phone and began charging, but when I woke up my phone was at about 20%. After trying again with different cables, it didn't work yet again. I was completely disappointed and again used my portable charger throughout my trip. I have been a loyal Anker user for about 10 years and this is the first time I was let down. I don't usually write reviews but I needed to vent my frustration and dissatisfaction. I wish I can return or exchange this but it's already too late.

Best Charger, Great Brand. 45w not needed unless for some reason literal seconds are needed to be saved off your charge time.45W doesn't even save 5 minutes let alone 15 minutes. 45W chargers only give extremely negligible returns. I checked reviews(site that shows approved chargers) and charge times. You can totally trust this random person writing this.BONUS: The best description of battery charging: A battery has two sides, anode and cathode. Electrons go from one to the other so when the battery is dead the cathode is empty... think of the cathode or just the battery as cars entering a giant empty parking lot. They can all just drive in and park where they want but as the parking lot is filled up the cars need to search for places. No matter how fast they come in at the end they still take a long time to find a spot

The product is great and charges my phone very fast. My one complaint is if you wanna travel with it, and you fold the plug down, it's kind of difficult to flip it back out just because of the awkward positioning. But that's just me nitpicking. Definitely great value.

I love this charger. It charges SUPER FAST. It's durable and I continue to use it.BUT.......I have a 1 1/2 year old Galaxy S21.After I started using this charger, I immediately noticed the following.The phone cannot hold its charge for a full day. By early afternoon, the charge is down to 20% with moderate use.You have chargers everywhere, so what's the problem, right? Wrong.The recharging speed with a regular charger is painfully slow. I used to be able to recharge using the cigarette-jack plugged regular charger while driving and using Google Maps. Not anymore. Even while plugged in, the phone loses charge.I've always used phones over 2 years and never observed this before.So, I do not charge anything else with the charger, except for my phone. When I get a new phone, I will not be using this charger.

Good charger. Small footprint, durable.

The media could not be loaded. Honestly the charger is super portable and the fact that you can keep the prongs folded makes it a good traveling option. My unit has coil whine and is ver noticeable, specially at night when everything is silent, if you keep your phone near you. The sound is only present when I am super charging, and it goes away when I turn it off. This happens to me with a Samung S23. Aside from the noise, the charger works as advertised, fast charging times with very good heat dissipation.It is important to say that coil whine can be annoying but it not something that impacts performance. And it is not something every unit experiences, I just had bad luck. ANKER has great customer service, reach out to them with any questions or concerns.

Fits into my pants pocket or my bag and gives me the extra juice my phone or tablet needs to get through the day.USB C ports make for fast effortless charging. Its extremely versatile I even let my coworkers use it to charge their iPhones even though I'm an Android guy! Its grey color is striking and doesn't get mixed up with other chargers that I have.

This is a wonderful charger to substitute the oem samsung chargers if your on a budget. I tested it and it puts out between 21-24 watts on my meter. It doesnt get hot it fits side by side other plugs if you have a power strip like other chargers are to wide to put another plug next to it. Plus it's a fold and go to keep from bending prongs. Excellent power delivery. Must have they even make 135w and i think a 240w
