Q: The sleeves seems short. How short are they in real life and after a couple of washes?

They seem about right to me. After washing these several times, I haven't noticed any shortening or lengthening due to this.

Q: the picture says to order a size up but amazon days to order your normal size ????? so which do i order ??

My husband wears a size XL, that is the size I ordered him and it fits him well. Actually all of them do. I have purchased two possibly three of these brand. Two that I can think of for sure. The solid color is a softer material shirt and it does seem a little more relaxed, the striped shirt seems to have more texture and does seem to be more fitted. But all in all, I wouldn't have sized up at all. I hope that helps.

Close, but probably large unless you prefer tight fitting
