We had problems getting the basement to an adjusted temperature. At first it was either too cold or when we used the small dehumidifier to make it dry, some parts were not....that was until I stumbled on this dehumidifier....it's awesome...just one dehumidifier the whole 1500 sq. Ft....is warm and comfortable....best investment I have ever made. Thanks.

Works as promised. Great unit for the money. Its a bit noisy but that to be expected with this type of equipment. Cord is good quality.

This unit is extremely noisy, the seller is unable to answer simple questions about it, and it is not a 180 PPD unit. I tested this unit in ideal conditions and there is no way it is capable or removing anywhere near 180 PPD. Based on my measurements it is only capable of 70 PPD in ideal conditions.

I am an engineer and HVAC certified, not a paid Amazon reviewer and rarely review anything. But I really like this design despite the few reviews and apparent immature company, so bought one, worked perfectly, very satisfied with it. Then bought a second, not so good. It would intermittently hit the set point, then stop and/or throw the breaker. If you check their similar products, you will find other problem reviews. Their website doesn't have any FAQ troubleshooting, no easy tech support contact, no parts and no replacement offering on Amazon, so had to return, big heavy hassle, but free return. Also, the replacement filter price is outrageous so will be looking for an alternative. They have a way to register the warranty, but no acknowledgement or follow up. Even so, I have bought a 3rd unit because I do like the unit, so will update this review upon receipt. Buyer be advised . . . you may get a good unit or maybe not. These kinds of products are well designed, but generally have poor quality control and poor support, but the price is right, so that is the trade off. Amazon will cover you for a while, but better get the insurance.*UPDATE: Got the 3rd unit, works perfectly like the 1st. Guess 2 out of 3 ain't bad. Still nothing from the seller. Both units together handling about 3,000 sq ft quite well.

Great size and powerful unit, bang for buck, and easy to use features. Lighter then I expected and easy to move during jobs.

Great small sized unit great for tight spaces works as described. Not as heavy as I taught it would be. I will be purchasing lord from this seller.
