Such a cute gnome rain guage. My husband mounted it on a slap of marble so it’s more secure. The wind won’t be blowing it over.

This is a very cute little Gnome Rain Gauge. It is small but the rain gauge measures 5". The numbers are dark enough and big enough so it can be read easily. It seems to be pretty accurate. It is small enough that I can move it around to see how much water certain areas are receiving with the irrigation system. It might be easily blown over but I have not experienced a problem. I have rocks in my garden so I place them around the base to hold it steady. I love the fact that you can remove the rain gauge to more easily see how much water is in it and to empty it. The gauge does fit in the gnome hands a little loosely but I added a dot of glue from a glue gun, let it dry and put the gauge back in. It tightened it up enough that there is no more moving around.

The gnome fits perfect in my garden of gnomes. It's colorful and so darn cute. Now I'm curious how much rain we'll get today.

Item was really cute but plastic rain tube had several small cracks. Item returned, will not reorder.
