Hi, my new diffuser is spitting water out from the top of the lid. Is it faulty? I’ve not over filled it.

Don't know what could cause that. It is supposed to send out a mist. I would contact Amazon as it may be faulty.

Remote doesn’t change it- I have high high or higher pressure.. how do you make it low??! It’s currently making the room feel damp with the volume

I just press the on the remote button BIG /SMALL and watch to see how much smoke is bellowing out of the machine and then press the same button again to see if less or more is coming out of the machine, less vapour and that's what you want. The vapor is easier to see if you use the light on the machine. Sorry but I'm not very good at explaining things but I hope this helps you.

My unit has arrived with no power adaptor? Should there be one?

Hi, yes there should be a UK 3 pin mains adapter included, the diffuser will not work without power, contact the supplier, they'll be able to assist or Amazon customer service are very helpful. All the best 🙂
