Had to modify slightly, because my ptz has the cord coming out the edge of the plate. Just drilled a hole in the plate for said cord.More than happy!

Arrived damaged
I don't believe it was damaged in shipping I think they did it when it was constructed because of the way it was packaged but what do I know. I'll be able to salvage it but the end where the mount connects showed up egged damaged.Not real impressed with quality control here but I think it'll work.It showed up with like two and a half foot long straps as if I was going to install this in a commercial location on a telephone pole which I am not I can trim them no big deal but damn those are huge huge straps.
