NanoBots Hardcover – Picture Book, August 23, 2016

Another classic from Chris Gall! Our boys fell in love with DinoTrux, first in the books and now on the great series on Netflix. This new addition is already a hit. Gall explores nanotechnology through the tiny inventions of a bright young boy. Each nanobot has a unique skill and represents an actual ability of current and future nanotechnology (medicine, repairs, diagnostics, etc). The story involves helping others selflessly, which was also a nice touch. Finally, many of the nanobots are GIRLS, so big A+ from me for that. Overall wonderful book, illustrations, concept, and introduction to a cutting-edge technology.

My son absolutely adores this book, as do I. It’s not very long, but it has a nice story line.

Great story and love the pictures. I chose this book because my students enjoy graphic novels. I read this story to my 2nd-5th graders and then we did a coding activity. They loved it!

If you have a young robot lover they will probably love this book, because it has so many different types of robots with different specializations. The book also shows the value of teamwork by telling how all the different types of robots can work together in a crisis. Chris Gall's books have a quality to their art that draws my child's attention like a magnet.

This is a wonderful book! The illustrations are amazing. The story is perfect for my 2 and 4 year old sons - they still love it now at 3 and 5.

This is a great book. I kicked it very much. I learned how to treat germs with nanobots. I also learned nano-nano-bots are made of single atoms.

It’s my granddaughters favorite book!
