Q: What is the exhaust hose dimensions?

5.5 inches, which is about a half inch bigger than others I've had.

There's only a clunk when you manually turn it off. Otherwise it's about as loud as a regular window unit. To me, it's comparable to listening to a fan running. I can sleep with it running.

Q: How much electric approx. does it use?

He doesn’t use much electricity at all it’s very efficient when it reaches temp it does shut off and turns back on when it needs to haven’t had electric bill with this machine over 200 and with my central air that I used to have I would have electric bill three or more hundredDollars a month

Q: Is it normal that the hose is not draining? I'm in Seattle's humid weather using it for a week now. Already took out the rubber cap.

It's self evaporative.... The need to draining is very infrequent. You'd need to run it in a room where it could not keep up with humidity levels rebuilding over 60% for it to need draining. At that point, you'd have to question whether the unit was working right since a room it is in shouldn't be rebuilding humidity (assuming windows & doors are properly closed). So, it is normal for it to not have to be drained. Worry when it does need consistent draining ;)
