I have been a mess with my appetite since having my gallbladder and kidney stone removed. I can't stop eating for some reason. I've tried various appetite suppressants and none work so far for me. I even tried taking this tincture twice in one day. Nope, I can finish off a bag of chips and/or a huge bowl of blueberries, etc. and feel tired. I will say the flavor is wonderful. It's like a subtle pineapple water you want at a yoga retreat or conference. Seriously, it tastes great. If they could figure out a way to sell it as a cocktail/mocktail mix, it would be a huge hit. I have no idea if it helps with heart health or mental clarity. I already take reservatrol and citacoline melts for that assistance. Anyway, not saying you should or shouldn't buy it, just letting you know my opinion. I'll finish the bottle for the flavor alone.

i have been using it for a week and so far i like it. No issues, no side effects and it tastes good. I drop it in my water and drink it like that. I don't use 2 dropper fulls, im unclear exactly how much to use so i just put a few drops

This smells so bad! There is no way I’m putting even a dropper full in my mouth. It smells like going in a public restroom after someone with a dirty butt has been in and then sprayed with pineapple air freshener that doesn’t quite cover up the stink. I’ve used other brands of green tea extract before and none smelled like this.*Edited to add: The seller has refunded my purchase amount on this product. I’m not changing my above review because it is the truth. I do concede that I could have just gotten a random bad bottle. I don’t know. Regardless, I do appreciate the seller’s quick response.
