There isnt really anything we dont like. We attached this to our outdoor area to lift weights and it works great. Get the same workout as the gym. Does not come with weights though. Also be sure you attach this to a beam not just drywall.

I have been using my own homemade pulley system since the pandemic and decided to upgrade so I can lift heavier than a max of 100lbs. The price is right at only $45 and free shipping. I like how well it glides across the giant pulley. I do not however, like how low it hangs which requires sitting on the floor to use it as a lat tower. My homemade pulley system is shorter so I can sit on my workout bench. They should include a third piece (a shorter cable) to allow for lower hanging bars to attach this system to. This could be sold at the same price with that third (shorter cable) piece in place of the crappy tiny non rotating lat pull down bar that will soon make its way to the trash. At that price they could still include the rope that does rotate even though some (but not all) people already own one. Overall I do still find it to be a very good value if you don't mind sitting on the floor and purchasing separately a much better lat pulldown attachment if you do not already have one.

It’s cheap and one of the carabiner clips broke which is super dangerous but otherwise it’s fine. I’d advise you look for a better quality carabiner or just a better system al together
