Forskolin is helping to save my life!
I have been taking Forskolin for a while because I am disabled and cannot exercise much. I started at 200 lbs. and am now at 170 lbs. so it is very effective. It is saving my life. A wonderful product. Would encourage anyone to take this.

All that filler causes diarrhea
Too much filler - causes diarrhea. My dog has taken forskolin for years to block a permanent e-coli invasion of her bladder cells. She needs 25 mg standardized. These capsules are 12.5 mg standardized, yet they're as big as the 50 mg ones I've had to divide in half. I started her on 1 capsule (1/2 dose), and within days, she developed diarrhea. I stopped the capsules for a week, tried again, same results. I found another brand that is 25 mg standardized - a fraction of the size of these, and she's had no problems since. Threw out both bottles of this stuff.

The best thing about Forskolin is that you only take it once a day not before of after meals which always vary with me, there's only one capsule to remember to take first thing in the morning.

I have been on this for 2 weeks and I have not felt any different and no weight loss. Actually I feel really constipated. I will finish off the month, but so far I didn't get anything from it.
