I bought this journal 7 years ago when I was pregnant with my daughter (an older version of course) and have enjoyed reliving my entries years later. I am now expecting my 2nd child and decided to purchase this book again. I plan on giving each personalized journal to my children when they are older. It has been helpful in reminding me about my pregnancy symptoms as I kept track of each.I love that this journal has improved over the years, giving a few extra blank pages in each trimester for more writing as well as some having short, fun questions to answer.I also noticed it has been updated with the times we live in, for example the use of vaping, lol, and how it is not recommended just like smoking. (I don't smoke or vape, but was amused seeing it mentioned.)Great journal. I highly recommend!

My friend recommended this journal to me. I have looked for a few different ones, but decided to buy this same one that she had. And let me tell you- this is a MUST, especially if it’s your first pregnancy. It contains a lot of useful information entertaining enough for you and your partner to read every day. At the same time, it has blank spaces to write down your thoughts and measurements, but not too many that you have to work very hard to fill that in. It is a great diary to keep memories because every pregnancy is different! I highly recommended this diary!

I love this pregnancy journal. I received it as a gift when I was pregnant with my first child 12 years ago and today, I'm pregnant with my rainbow baby and excited to document my journey with this beautifully written journal. I love all the updated information and it has been so great to look back on with my daughter so I know it will be fun to do the same with my next baby.

I looked at a ridiculous amount of pregnancy journals before finally deciding to purchase this one. I wanted a journal that would give me some space to write my thoughts, but wasn't just a bunch of blank pages where I had to come up with something to say. I wasn't sure I would have that much to say all the time, and didn't want to end up feeling overwhelmed to the point where I just stopped using the book. I also wanted something that would tell me the progress of my little one each day so that my husband and I could enjoy it together. It became our favorite thing to do before bedtime.I will admit the dates were a bit confusing at first, but once I read through the way they have the timeline set up, it all made sense and the journal information matched up with the apps I had on my phone. It only has one pocket at the back of the journal, and I do wish there was more room for U/S pictures or little keepsakes, but that would be my only complaint.Overall, a great journal that I would absolutely buy again, and hopefully will.

I used an older version of this journal with all of my pregnancies. I used a different color pen for each pregnancy in the sane book so I could sew the similarities and differences with each pregnancy. My kids like looking at it too see the things I noted.

Have used this book during my pregnancies now I got to purchase the same book for my daughter. I am so glad to find it still out in print.

This is the best, most sciencey pregnancy book I've found. It has interesting tidbits every day about the development of both the baby and of the pregnant person's body. I find some of the informational advice to be a little heavy-handed or unsupported (some of the stuff about vitamins seems hard to find evidence for, but eh). I really got this for the development information, and it's amazing for that. Would buy again.

I LOVED this as a pregnant woman. In depth neonatal development and as a nurse, I really appreciated that aspect. Room for documenting pregnancy stats. World views on pregnancy and birth. Incredibly well done. I buy for each pregnant friend I have!!

this book it great but it has alot of "what do you want to remember" areas, not sure how much you can write about a week. not too many personal questions about your little one or you but alot of info on how your baby is developing and what you should be eating etc

Its very discriptive,less colourful,marks on outside cover.
