Q: Is this s-260 10.24 inches tall or 4 inches tall. Mentions both on the same ad?

Its not 4"!! 10.24 inches seems right.

Q: Is there any difference between this s-260l and s-90l?

The S-260L can be used on LED lights and flash lights. I tried it on my flash light with long modeling bulb, after 3 hours using, without the damage risk of the internal glass lens due to overheating, it's so cool.The S-90L can be used on LED lights, quite fit with Wellmaking brand portble LED lights, such as HL-400, HL-800 LED Light etc.

Q: Hello, does anyone know if the wellmaking s-260l comes with gobo blades to shape output light? other projection attachments come with this accessory.

It doesn’t have blades, it comes with a few metal accessories shown in the pictures but definitely not blades

Q: Does this come with a simple circle gobo? Or is a gobo needed to get a sharp edged spotlight?

The optical snoot contains 6 gobos and a gobo holder. If you need a circle projection, you only need to install the gobo holder in the optical snoot. The center of the holder is a circle, so no other gobos are needed.
