I cannot seem to change the code i just got it but the instructions are unclear ? help

1) Press the red button at the bottom of the battery compartment. 2) Enter your new code, must be 3 to 8 numbers long. 3) Press either the A or B button on the door and a the green LED light will come on. Your new code should be entered.

If I locked the keys inside, is there anyway for you to send me a new key?
