I did hours and hours of research for an adjustable base for my mattress to help with back pain. I settled for this one due to the low price and nice features. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE!!This bed frame arrived quickly and was easily put together by myself. It worked well, nice adjustments and memory buttons on the remote.I have had the frame for 7 months. The warranty has run out and so has the mechanics of the base. Initially, the company (not amazon) was helpful and offered to pay me $20 to have someone fix it, even though the warranty had run out. I was very appreciative. I asked, however, if they would send me a new remote. I figured maybe that was the problem since the remote has begun to short out (the flashlight kept blinking etc). They sent me a replacement remote. I emailed to let them know that that didn't fix things, and I have had no correspondence back from them since.SO, they did honor their 6 month warranty, and even went above it by sending me a new remote. BUT the $600 frame only works for 6 months!! I'm off to an actual bed store to purchase another adjustable base and spend more money. Please don't make the same mistake

The media could not be loaded.  UPDATE:** bed broke after about 4 months! They sent me a new remote because the bed stopped responding to the remote. That ended up not fixing it. Customer service was in another time zone and difficult to correspond with so only got one email per day trying to troubleshoot. I gave up. They refunded my money.——I tried to take pics that were not in other reviews. Like showing under the head of the bed in case you were hoping to attach a headboard... you can’t attach one to this bed. The base frame is smaller than the mattress.Also, whoever said having a USB port in the middle of the bed, was an idiot. You need it in the middle so you can use it when the bed is upright.I took a pic of the remote too. There’s 3 memory features. You can tilt the foot or head in any position you want.MASSAGE:-you can turn foot massage and head massage on independently of each other.-the massage has timers with are great to fall asleep on-sometimes if the mattress is not pushed up against the foot bar well, the massage rattled the bar. It’s easy to fix if you just move around or put more weight on the foot of the bed. Sometimes I just toss a pillow down there and it goes away.- the massage is more like vibrations, not massage. There’s several different intensities and options. I tested the $4000 ones at the mattress store to compare and this was just as good.I have chronic pain and and arthritis and this bed has helped me soooooo much!! This was the best decision I ever made! I spend a lot more time in bed now, and will probably even move a TV in my bedroom now.Oh, and the highest place the foot of the bed goes up to, does raise my knees above my heart. I have restless leg syndrome sometimes and this helps!The farthest up the head of the bed goes is to an almost sitting straight up position.I used a Zinus Ultra Comfort 12 inch Queen memory foam mattress (Also purchased on amazon) and it works wonderful!! It was $295.74 with all tax included.A standard bed skirt works on this frame with the tall legs attached. It hangs a bit on the floor, but not noticeable.I bought mattress suspenders to clip to the mattress sheet... it was the only way to keep the sheet on. Bought them on amazon for like $11.I read hundreds of reviews and so glad o bought this base and mattress combo!! 5 stars!

I ordered a queen and received it at the exact time scheduled for delivery. Assembling didn't take much time but you definitely need two sets of hands. I've had it for a day and I don't have any complaint. everything about it is just as described. it works fine and I hope it continues to perform just as expected. I give four stars for now.

Easy to assemble, RTFM!!!!!!!!Wife just had major surgery wanted the comfort of a hospital bed cause any relief is nearly priceless.I am 6 ft so with head and feet raised my feet hang off but is fine just honorable mention.Remote fairly easy to pair.Company provided good packaging, second layer of cardboard would most likely fix the reocourane of damage. Extra packaging protection will reduce shipping damage, big overall result would offset returns by 80% would result in bottom line reinforcement and increase customer satisfaction.Bottom line pack it better higher referral rate equals increase in new sales.Unpack needs two people.Also company should put orange tags on required electrical connections, there is a lot of wires on bottom side.My queen memory foam mattress rocks on this frame. It has gotten a new lease.While I had no damage, it could happen easily.Inspect the box at delivery, most hidden damage will have outside signs of trauma.Bed operation is silky smooth and quiet. Vibe modes have something for every occasion, only real noise the bed eminates.Update several months down the road;No issues, the unit functions just as well as it did on unpacking day.Fantastic bed!!! We paired it with our existing Memory-Foam mattress, a match made in heaven.

I did received it sooner then expected. My daughter and Son in law set it up for me. I am 86 with heart problems and my feet stay swollen most all the time. I do wake up often during the night. I will change the setting on my bed which is a big help for me. I have found keep my feet elevated has help the swelling in my feet. I have been getting up in the morning and they are not swollen and don't seam to swell much during the day. There is another big plus in have the adjustable base, it makes it so easy to change sheets. I raise the head and it is so simple and easy to remove and replace the sheet. Not stooping over and trying to lift the very heavy mattress make it forth even more. I do also raise the foot after I get the head finished and put back down. I have a 12 inch mattress so I don't raise the head and foot at the same time while I am not in bed.It is well worth the price I spent on it.
