Aura Cacia Jasmine Absolute in Jojoba Oil | GC/MS Tested for Purity | 15ml (0.5 fl. oz.)

This is my first time to purchase Jasmine & not sure how to use it. So far I put 4 drops in 1 cup of water on stove for aromatics. It smells different than what I thought; not sweet, kinda antiseptic to me, but I like it. It may purify the air.I got this from online search: Relaxing, Uplifting and Exotic....Jasmine essential oil is known as the 'King of Oils'; reputation well deserved! Strangely, although it is known as the 'king', it is very much a woman's oil........although, both men and woman can be very attracted by the sensational smell!With its wonderful soothing and sensual aroma, this has been a favorite oil for many for thousands of years.....the name Jasmine comes from the Persian word 'yasmin' which means "a gift from God".The Jasmine is a creeper with white or yellow flowers with an absolutely exquisite scent. It is often used (along with Rose) in the most expensive of perfumes.It is one of the most expensive oils to buy as it is costly and difficult to extract......around 8 million hand-picked jasmine blossoms are needed to produce 1 kilo of essential oil. They also need to be picked at night as their aroma becomes more powerful after dark! An experienced picker can pick up to 15 000 blossoms a night. Now doesn't this make jasmine essential oil really magical!However, although it is expensive to buy, you don't need much because of its high concentration, and the benefits are definitely worth it!Common Method Of Extraction:Pure essential oil is obtained by traditional enfleurage of the flowers. I wanted a plain jasmine oil to perfume my hair like Lush's godiva shampoo bar, and while this oil smells delightfully floral it's not quite what I wanted, but I may have to blend some oils to get that scent. This perfume is super floral and lovely enough to use alone. I haven't tried the oil in a diffuser but I imagine it would be equally as wonderful.

Great smell. Love adding it to a mist pray bottle and applying it to my curly hair.

Smell is subtle. I like things to be more fragrant, so I had to add another oil to this to get it to my liking. I do like that it can be directly applied to the skin as most essential oils must be diluted. I know a nurse manager that swears by this brand, so maybe I need to try a different scent. It just disappointed me because rose is my favorite smell

I love this product, smells amazing and should hopefully fulfill the requirement I have of it!My issues and complaints!:It came in an oversized box that did not fit the packaging, It was not packaged in a smaller box within a bigger box, there was nothing to stop it from moving around anything. It was literally tossed in the box as you can see in the picture. I believe that this reflects badly on Amazon and how they handle their packages when packing them!This could have gotten broken etc.I was VERY lucky that it made it here, and wasn't destroyed or broken during the transition process.Shame on you Amazon! Do better!

This Neroli essential oil made from orange flowers doesn't smell anything like orange flowers. It smells like very strong rose perfume. Smells like Grandma's rose perfume, not delicate sweet orange blossoms. Be aware that you can't r@turn this oil even if it's aroma is not right.

I love consistency, scent ..& price!Aura Cacia is so far my favorite brand.My sister who is a doctor recommend to me 2 yrs ago..and now every girl in our family & some my friends are using: ROSE & YLANG YLANG III oils..I will mix few drops of each with vit E Oil and apply to clean face before night ( but before, I use dermatológica brand face tonic) ..I treat these 2 essential oils like a “serum” ..try and you will see differences in skin glow! … I love it because is not irritating my sensitive skin! . I also, mix ROSE oil with my dermatologica brand face lotion. I live in Colorado where is very dry!
