Great, sturdy strap! I just had rotator cuff surgery several weeks ago and this strap is helping get the mobility back. Plus stretching the rest of my body!

I use this strap daily for stretching, the multiple loops and grab handles make it so much easier to hold a stretch. Thick enough that it will be durable for years to come. Nice product.

Great quality product for knee therapy

I broke my shoulder, had surgery and shoulder was rebuilt using a big rod, 6 pins and a bone graft material and this product was essential in helping me with range of motion. The last motion to come back is the behind the back motion, for me that means scratching my back, hooking and unhooking my bra. This really helps a lot. It makes it easy to hoist up my arm and hold it at a higher (slightly) level than I could obtain on my own. I use it every day. The design makes it easy to use, I felt a surge of joy when I could move my hand up to the next level because it meant I was making progress. I tried homemade pulleys, a belt, a strap...none as effective. Folds up for storage or portability. Very good purchase.
