I am glad I find this vegan. I add this to tofu soup.

Tried this product for the first time in my endeavor to incorporate flavor to mundane plain veggies. It does leave a slightly pungent aroma and very salty…thereby, only use a tiny bit at a time like regular pure salt. All in all it gives food a unique profile taste. Well worth the price for me.

This Korean brand is not bad but I find the flavour too strong and the consistency coarse. Maybe it is just this one but I much better prefer the Japanese brands.

I searched through all of the information provided about this product in the listing; however, despite my diligence, I couldn't find anything stating the full ingredients. The only information I found was that it was vegan (good to know since I am a vegetarian) and it contained soybeans. I decided to take a chance on this product but, when I received it, the label listed wheat as an ingredient. Unfortunately, I am gluten-sensitive, and therefore unable to tolerate wheat in my diet. If I had known it contained wheat, I wouldn't have purchased this item which, being a food item, is not eligible for return. I wish the seller had had the courtesy of listing the ingredients or at least showing the label that lists the ingredients!
