replaced old leaking gasket. Fairly simple process. This leak was right above the alternator and caused to fail at some point.

My friend was having a leak from the vtec spool on his 2010 Accord V6, and this part saved him hundreds of dollars, super easy to install. When I installed it I used a gasket maker to make sure it seals, I didn't use the fancy hondabond that everybody reccomends, but it still worked fine.
