Product is As advertised. Doesn’t hold a lot of money inside as US dollars are larger than the case, but it will hold a nice cache of large bills, and 3 cards in the slots. I have indeed dropped my phone at chest height with no damage to phone & case held up.I find the product handy, easy to use, and well crafted. The coloring was on point with the descriptions. No issues with the product.

I really like the Shieldon cases. They are real leather, well made, and durable. This is my second one, which is why I can speak to durability. I got the first case in 2018, and it was still in good shape as far as overall performance. Even the stitching was still perfect. It just didn’t come through Covid all that well because I cleaned it regularly with alcohol until we found out the Covid virus didn’t really spread from surface contact. The alcohol affected the finish of the leather, but the case was still functioning perfectly. Comparing the 4-year-old case with the brand new one, the only difference I could see was that the rubber was a little looser on the old one. But the phone was still very secure and would never have fallen out. In fact, I passed the old case on to a friend because it still has a lot of wear in it. The new case is just as well made, and it looks pretty! The magnets are strong and keep the case closed in the event of drops. In fact, expect it to attract paper clips, scissors … anything metal if you get them close to each other. I love having good-looking, great protection for my phone. I highly recommend Shieldon cases!

Whenever one of my family gets a new iPhone, we also immediately get a new Shieldon case. After trying other brands of phone cases, we've learned that this brand always fits and is very well made of really nice leather. We upgrade our phones every few years, and the leather cases always hold up well and look good.

I purchased my first Shieldon iPhone case five or six years ago, and the only reason I purchased a new one is that I purchased a new phone. I think the first one would have lasted forever.I thought the first one was nice, but this one is even nicer. Quality leather, rich brown color, perfect fit for the phone and buttons, perfect cutouts in all the right places. Tasteful packaging too.First class.

I just got my Shieldon SE case today, and it's slightly larger than the Snakehive that it's replacing after 4 years due to stiching wearing out.The cons of this case are that it's not leather on the inside, it won't hold more than three cards and still remain closed, and it's slightly larger than the Snakehive.The pros of Snakehive are that it has a magnetic hasp that keeps it closed, even with a total of six cards inside, it's all leather, even inside, is slightly slimmer, but it's $10 more.Overall it seems like decent quality, but time will tell. The Snakehive is more functional due to the magnetic hasp and slimmer, all leather build.

Updating this post a few years later because I have purchased another one. I ordered the purple case four or so years ago and, as indicated in my first review, have loooooved it. I still love it but wanted a black one to go with my new phone. So now I can discuss the durability after years of use. The case on the right in my photo is about 4 years old I think. I carry it around without it being in my purse a lot of the time (less protected), it has gotten wet and it is still in really great condition. I love that I can stand up my phone at times as well. Once again, an amazing case and price for the wonderful quality. Let’s just say that I am super impressed with this product. It arrived quickly! I was a bit afraid that I wouldn’t be happy with the color, but it is a sophisticated purple. The quality is outstanding. Smooth on all edges, the embossed logo is small and classy. The inside backing has a nice textured look and the leather is soft and smooth. The cut outs for the speakers and charger are perfectly placed and the side buttons are easy to feel and click. I feel like the edges of my phone are well protected. I’m not usually one to write rave reviews, but I’m so happy with this purchase!

I had an older model of this type of case and I'm not sure it was from the same manufacturer. Anyway I ordered this and love it. It fits my newer IphoneSE 3rd generation like a glove and it is of better quality then the first one I bought years ago. I think it is worth the price.

I had a Shieldon leather case for 5 years on my phone. From rather rough use, it was time to replace it. Since it served me very well for such a long time, I got another one. It is beautiful and classy in the coffee color with contrasting stitching. These cases provide card storage which is very convenient. Having dropped the phone multiple times over five years with zero damage, i can say it provides excellent protection. If you are considering a new phone but are unsure if the high cost is worth it, just upgrade your current phone with this new case. It is an excellent buy.
