This product is designed to ease gut problems such as bloating. All the ingredients in this product bar one will help with this. In essence, you have digestive enzymes which will help break down the food. You then have other ingredients that will ease the gut such as ginger, fennel and artichoke. So far I see the logic behind the ingredients. The last ingredient mentioned on the label is peppermint. Anyone with IBS will know that peppermint can inflame and hurt the gut. I understand why peppermint is added, as it can reduce bloating in most people and help move gas out of the gut. So if you have IBS type symptoms, this may not help your condition, it could make it worse. For most people, this formulation will work and work well.The problem is many IBS suffers will buy this hoping it will help. My advice to IBS suffers is to buy Butyric Acid, a good digestive enzyme and a good Pro/Pre Biotic. This will help you avoid the peppermint in this product. BA is one of the best supplements you can buy to replenish the gut and help restore the gut flora, which will help with the IBS.For many, this will work well, but for some IBS suffers it could cause issues. I am happy to recommend it so long as you do not suffer from using peppermint.

I am recovering from a series of stomach infections and my stomach allergic specialist has allowed managed to bring my stomach back to a fairly normal stomach function.I took these tablets to add to my overall gut health. But because I am on a strict regime of Probiotics, it wasn't very helpful for me and I felt better when I stopped taking the tablets. I took the tablets for 2 weeks as instructed but the seemed they seemed to interact badly with my current regime so I have stopped taking them now.I think that these tablet are really designed for people who have a reasonably healthy stomach and could use a bit of balance that they dont get from their diet.Unfortunately, because my stomach is reactive to allergies in certain foods I was unable to continue with the course of tablet. However, please bear in mind that I have stomach allergies, and I would expect that these tablets are likely to have a positive effect on anyone that has a reasonably healthy gut flora.Sadly, I don't.

There is some pamphlets in the box which lists the ingredients and amount, similar to the product page. The 60 pills are in a sealed bag which can be sealed as needed.Now for use, I am slightly lactose intolerant. There are enzymes in the capsules which will help to break down lactose which my body is unable to deal with fully. I can say it does work if I take the capsules within a couple of hours consumption of the product with lactose in it. That said, for single gut consumption its not cheap so really this pill will work out more effective for those with more issues as this capsule works to solve multiple ailments.

I have medically diagnosed IBS, and have active prescriptions for Buscopan and simeticone, but have also been recommended peppermint capsules in the past to help with spasms (the NHS actively recommend peppermint oil for IBS sufferers saying "most adults and children aged 12 and over can take peppermint oil capsules for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).")I've tried a lot of different treatments in the past from probiotics to fibre to liquorice to apple cider vinegar, so I figured I would give FEEL a go, feeling hopeful that this could be someone that works. I've been taking two capsules twice a day, but unfortunately haven't noticed a single difference, positive or negative. I am sure the product is doing me no harm, but at the same time at this cost, I was hoping to actually notice a positive difference.
