It’s lasted all of what $60 would last me, or at least that’s what I would worth this at as I havnt checked the price as of recent and I bought it a year ago. The mic is starting to weigh down the joint that holds the sound dampening field up and I have to bend it back up every other day or so, the height is fine, the quality is exactly as you’d get for the price you pay for. If you need something to last you years, you’re better off investing in a quality built mic stand for professional use, this is consumer quality.

Ok so I bought this for an even cheaper price than the normal. For what it is, it works. When your on a budget you need a practical Mic Stand. A condenser mic needs the isolation from background noise. Best to put this in a closet and add foam on the walls later. It's enough to get back to recording and that's all that matters. Thanks Amazon.

So, u would give this 5 stars hands down, but, there was a little bit of rust in the tube's. But it's built well otherwise.
