GiveU Led Taper Timer 9‘’ flameless Candelabra Candles,for Holiday Decoration Wedding Dinner Table, Ivory, Pack of 2, 9"

I searched deliberately for candles with a simple bottom switch, NOT a remote, so I was a little freaked out when I unpacked these and discovered they come with a remote control. Fortunately, it's still possible to turn them on and off with the button switches on their bases. I don't know if the timers work since I haven't yet left them on that long. Best news: they are BEAUTIFUL! Natural ivory wax look, thick enough to fit well in my oversized candlesticks (didn't need their multi-sized spacers), "flame" is recessed so they look like real candles even when not "lit," and a wonderful warm glow when "burning." No shadow showing through of the battery (as is apparent in some cheaper candles), and they do take AA (not AAA) batteries so I'm expecting good battery life. Very pleased!

These work. Unfortunately one usually runs the batteries faster than the other. My first set lasted about 2 years though so I wish these lasted longer.

Nothing to dislike at this point.Will use every day on mantel and dining room table..

Just received these and I'm very happy with them so far. There were no directions for the batteries - what type or how to put them in so I pulled up what info there was in my account under the candle description (that, and the fact that I've only had them less than 24 hours and you can sort of see the batteries through the candles are my reasons for 4 out of 5 stars) Anyway, it wasn't rocket science and I successfully figured out what wasn't in the directions. I will turn them off & on as needed, and not use the timer. I really like that this set comes with 3 silicone bases to slip on so they will fit almost every candlestick (unless your candlesticks have a very small opening). The reason I choose these instead of the "floating-Flickering" type flame is that it would be so unrealistic to see that flame when the candles are not "lit". I love all those that I have, and have ignored "the unrealistic when not lit" aspect, but these are for the dining table and I'm pleased with my choice. There is a bulb" flame" that is recessed so they look good when on or off & I think these are good fauxs at a phenomenal price. Last but not least, I was happy to have a size option...the 9" size worked well for me, but may want 12" later for lower candlesticks.

These are thin wax over a layer of plastic. Mine are yellow, not orange as some reviews stated. They are pretty and the multiple (3 per each candle) slip on pieces for the bottom allow you to insert them into different sizes of candle holders. The "flame" is set down in and not actually visible, but they do glow like a real candle. The only reason I am rating them 4 stars is because of a strange issue with getting them to turn back on. Once you turn them on and they run for 6 hours and shut off, you can push that button on the bottom all day long and it is not coming back on. If, however, you remove the batteries from them for a brief time and then re-insert they will work again. I put one of these into a real evergreen wreath -- the wax will scratch off some if you do that; but still it worked. They are not bad for the price.

I have two; however, I am thinking of purchasing a few more before the holiday roll around. The two that I have are kept on the fireplace in the library, and stay there all year long. I cannot give you an exact estimate of the length of time between battery changes, but it is several months.They give off a beautiful warm flickering glow, that is indistinguishable from a real burning taper. I will not bore you with specs (you can read them for yourself), but I will mention a few things:These are not a flickering-flame candle, like Luminara, but a small LED that is inside the tip. Trust me, you miss the little flickering flame.You will need a candle holder; they do not stand on their own.When you turn them on, they stay lit for 6 hours, then turn off, and come back on at the same time the next day. To change the time, just turn them off, and turn them back on at the appropriate time.

With my cats I do not use candles with flames. These are safe and look nice.The ability to change base size is much better than others I have purchased. Batteries last well.

As expected. The exchangeable bases are great so the candles can fit into different size candle holders.I would recommend.

These candles look very good unlit, absolutely realistic. I deliberately chose the type that do not have a little bulb poking out because, after all, you see them unlit much more than lit. I'm not totally thrilled by the lit look- in my opinion they are a bit too orangey and not very bright. In a position where using real flame candles wouldn't be a good idea, in my case on a wall near a curtain, these are a very good second best. Delivered quickly and well packed as well.

I have to disagree with the negative reviews in this. As far as LED candle sticks, these are the beat. They look real and the timer is so nice to have on these. There is a bit of an artificial look but I feel like all LED look a little faux. I love these and will be buying more!
