Upon opening and swatching the first brush pen, I had suspicions that I may have received a used set. The pens tips were dry and there clearly wasn’t much ink left inside as each downward stroke made was faded and patchy (orange being the worst offender).My suspicions were confirmed once I got to the third, yellow pen as it had been previously marked with black as can be seen in the attached photo of my swatches.Honestly, I had hopes for these cheap brush pens as there seemed to be some good reviews (and maybe they are great when you’re using a brand new set) but unfortunately, I will be returning these.

These are so easy to learn handlettering with. I have been looking for brush pens with good quality and yet at an affordable. I am a beginner so these are perfect.

The pens are very easy to use, but they don’t have much ink in them. After only a few uses, one of the pens is already getting dry. Also, it seems like the package was opened before. There was clear tape holding the flap shut and the snap doesn’t work.

These are so easy to use and glide well. I’m a beginner for modern calligraphy and they are perfect. Thin and thicker lines are easy to make. Very recommend

Much smaller than expected

These are great for beginners. The colors are bright and the thin pens are easy to grip and use. These are lettering pens - they do not blend. They work great for journaling. The brush tips make nice lines.

The 10 pack of Piochoo Calligraphy Pens is a great starter set. It is a good selection of colors and the ink flows well. The brush tips provide good line variation to practice your strokes with. Good value!
