Quiet. Keys are well formed, edges are not curvy so you can easily distinguish and tactilely determine which one you press. lightweight but sturdy. Comfortable to press, there is some resistance but rolls fine when you press; not flimsy, no rattling.

The keyboard works fine - but nowhere in the photos of the item did it show that there would be Chinese lettering on iy. I wouldn't have purchased it if that was in the photos.

I know this is an extremely extremely BASIC keyboard. I was studying at my school library and loved the way this keyboard felt. I'm actually typing on it RIGHT now at home! They keys are extremely easy to press down and they retract very quickly as well but they have a little go so you feel them being pressed down. I'm not sure if that makes sense. I'll compare it to my Apple laptop and keyboard, which is very smooth but sometimes my tactile sense doesn't pick up if I pressed the key down hard enough or not. This keyboard feels effortless yet I can feel if it's receptive to the amount of pressure I exert. Also the leg heights of this keyboard is enough not to induce my carpal tunnel!Great overall and obviously it's a classic if it's been around for so long!
