Is the filter media already in the frames or does it have to be cut and inserted?

Hello, the filter media is already in frames. They are ready to be inserted. -Bay State Importers

Is this made by Phillips?

it doesn't have their branding and the color is not their usual one but who knows if they were made at the same factory or not. Fit is exactly like Phillips and I don't detect any visible difference in quality or materials.

Does your filters fit the philips respironics dreamstation go machine ( not the standard dreamstation)?

These filters fit perfectly and are the besT I have ever purchased. They are great!!!

do these fit the phillips dream station bipap?

Yes they fit my Phillips DreamStation cpap machine.
