Tether clip does not fit
I bought this item because it stated that it would fit my 2007 Lucerne, well the fuel cap fit perfectly but the tether clip does not fit at all so the tether is now useless. The reason why I bought one with a tether is because my last one broke and my cap got lost. I didn't return it because I had already thrown away the packaging and broke the tether clip trying to make it fit.

Doesn’t fit
The part DOES NOT FIT my 2009 Buick Lucerne.The plastic piece that goes into the hole in the gas door (which secures the cap) is too big to fit.

Doesn’t fit Lucerne
The plastic string thing Doesn’t fit for Buick Lucerne. The plastic rivet doesn’t fit into hole for Lucerne so has to just install without that. Cap itself is fine but could be better when it says fits Lucerne and doesn’t.
