Contains Soybean Oil and Citric Acid
I bought this thinking there wasn't Citric Acid which completely ruins the taste. Also Soybean Oil is not good for you. I would NOT have bought this if the ingredients were listed accordingly.

It is coarser than I expected and I did not have my old container at hand when I ordered so was disappointed when the small jar arrived. Taste was fine.

Best Crushed Garlic Available
All other garlic pastes we tried add a pungent smell & taste of vinegar. Christopher Ranch Crushed Garlic In Olive Oil is the ONLY one that does not add flavors other than pure garlic. We began using it many years ago when the local grocery stores carried it. Now they only carry the Minced Garlic that does not add even half the flavor - esp. for Indian cooking.

Leaking Jar of Garlic
Christopher Ranch Crushed Garlic in oil arrived with STRONG ODOR of garlic when I opened the box. There is a tiny dent on the side of the metal top. This item is not returnable. Disgusting!!!
