I had an old model that lasted 20 years before the tank finally cracked and started to leak. The replacement fit perfectly, was pretty easy to install, and everything came in the box.My only issue, and this has nothing to do with the seller, is make sure you have a wrench that can accommodate a 3” diameter plastic nut. Otherwise, it’s all common hand tools to swap this out.

I ‘m pretty sure that the problem was with the Flushmate cartridge (No Pressure) which lasted 13 Years.I decided to order the Flushmate M-101526-F31 entire tank assembly with cartridge distributed by Plumbing Planet in my state of ConnecticutIt was very easy to install with the aid of You Tube Video. No problems. No adjustments.I know if I would have purchased this item, it would have probably cost me well over $200.

This was easy to install and Solved the continuous water running problem I had with the toilet.

Part is kind of pricey ~ $200.00 , but fit perfectly. it did not come with the unique brass rod that flush it nor the flush lever. also come in with the wrong black rubber outlet gasket to the toilet. I had to order the correct green rubber gasket for ~ $15.00 extra from Gerber store.

I bought this for my Mom's toilet. I was able to replace the old one with the new one in under 30 minutes. No leaks and Mom is happy. So win win.

This unit is perfect for the American standard toilet. Exact fit and the proper seals were included.
