The media could not be loaded. First & last pages seems to be torn off. Access code is not available anywhere. And the book is most helpful after getting the test results ( for which code is needed). Anyway just good to read do self assessment.

Book gives a real practical insights and helps us to correlate with lot of day to day situations. Can surely help a person not only professionally, but also personally to change his perspective.
