Rubber boot size too small
I bought this kit because it included the boots for the steering rack. The rest of the kit is very good and fit with no problem. The included boots large diameter was 1.575" which was too tight a fit for 2000 Honda CR-V. I never could get them on. Ended up buying separate boots that had diameter of 1.725" and I got these on in less than five minutes. Didn't need the frustration or added expense. The bad thing is, I had this same problem with same previous purchase.

Boots are indeed wrong
I was hoping I would get lucky and receive the right boots as I’ve had good experience with Detroit Axle in the past. The boots are indeed not even correct for the supplied tie rod ends, are not two different sizes as they are from the factory, and are indeed not the correct diameter for the steering rack. The rest of the parts are fine, but you can also just by those without the boots so it kind of defeats the purpose. I know for a fact that all CR-V power steering racks were the same as I work at a salvage yard and have disassembled hundreds.
