After changing up all the capacitors in my 40 year old turntable I decided I needed something a little special to tie to it. Had a good look around and settled on the Muzishare x5. Not disappointed.Really sounded beautiful. Extended top end sparkles, tight and deep bass. Relaxed laid back sound.Glows like an electric fire and looks just great.Its a fair bit of cash but if you can afford it and want to try out valve sound then this is certainly a great choice.The remote control is like a solid bar of brushed aluminum !3 weeks later. Changed the power valves to el34 Rubys (Watford Valves online). Difference is more liquid sounding highs which I feel really help the amp shine...brightly.This amp uses 2nd order harmonic distortion which means that everything sounds 1 octave higher. I love it.Have noticed that the selector dial becomes loose. It appears the rod that the dial's worm screw connects to (to hold the dial in the correct position) is circular instead of having a flat area for the worm screw to seat into. This allows the dial to slip and often need retightening with an alen key. If that's the only problem with this after a few months then no biggie.

I decided to buy this amplifier as I have been looking for a valve/ tube amplifier for some time, in my opinion this amplifier is extremely good value for money, paired with the right speakers you will not be disappointed with the accurate sound that it produces absolutely perfect for acoustic instruments jazz classic music etc, I have only use this amplifier with a Cambridge Audio music streamer, and have found a very good match of speakers monitor audio Gold bookshelf are an absolute Delight but I'm sure there's many others out there that will do an equally good job. if you are looking for a tube valve amplifier on a reasonable budget then I would highly recommend this product...
