Does not fit a Jerry Can
you can see in the photos that the top that is meant to hold the jerry can secured in place doesn't fit, it's to short... now to figure out if I can get a return or how I can make a way to lock the can in place. Hard to believe something so simple can be so messed up.I wouldn't recommend this to anyone else unless they they tell us it's be redesigned or had improved quality control!

A bearcat to install
The holder is serviceable. I note that a person couldn't get the top strap to fit over the can. Reverse the can in the holder and it will fit, but it takes some effort to bend the top strap down over the can to reach the lock hasp. Look carefully at the photos in the advertisement for proper direction of the can and installation of the top strap. The opening spout of the can has to be oriented towards the locking hasp.Beyond that, if one is bottom mounting the can, there are four slotted ⅜" wide holes in the bottom of the holder, but they are just about inaccesible by a strap that welded over the top of the bottom straps upon which the jerrycan sits. There is barely enough room to get a nut in the gap between the bottom strap and the strap welded over the top, and not enough room to slide a bolt in from the top and place the nut on the bottom. A five minute job turned into a 45 minute struggle. This rack is built from rather light materials. Don't know how well it will hold up.

Poor weld
I thought highly of the product at first, then one of my gas cans got stolen! After looking at both frames because of bought 2, I found out that one of the hooks that holds the clamp in place was welded on upside down!!! This made the clamp that holds the gas can in place lose and they were able to steel that gas can and not the other one that was welded correctly. I'm out $50 for a new gas can and had to fix the upside down weld myself so the next one doesn't get stolen.
