GN ReSound ONE Standard Charger Case

This charger is identical to Beltone charging case for the imagine series over the ear hearing aids, and the Beltone charger is 300 plus and is not covered under warranty and takes a week to receive. This off brand charger is half the price and can get it in a few days. My mother in law has damenta and lost the case after going to Beltone for her 6 month check up and they require she brings it in but they never check it or do anything with the case. Then she lost it and they then told us it was not covered under warranty and they could order a new one but it's 325 bucks and takes a week or more to receive, I laughed and said we will keep looking. Beltone is a rip off and over charge and not worth the price, mother in law hates them, she purchased the mid range pair for nearly 6 grand and she could have gone some place else and bought top shelf pair for that amount or slightly more. The top end at beltone are over ten grand. Needless to say we are not into Beltone, but this is a cheap substitute for those who can not afford the name brand. Just a note, I would not let Beltone know you are using another brand charger, I'm sure it would void some warranty or something, they will milk you for every penny they can. I hope this helps someone else and keeps someone else from making a mistake as we did by buying Beltone.

This product was advertised as a ReSound Standard Charger and the photo was of a ReSound branded device. The charger that was delivered is for microRIE devices and is not compatible with my ReSound hearing aids.

Didn’t want the rechargeable one, too expensive. This one works fine.

The hearing aid charger I had for my Resound hearing aids died. I ordered this product and it works great recharging my hearing aids.

I have mixed feelings about this charger. First off, I like that it is a true ReSound device and not an OEM knock off, but that's where my likes end.I bought this thinking it would be lighter in weight than the premium charger, which I already have because I do a lot of multi-day through hikes with a backpack and weight and size considerations of what I carry is important. When I weight them side by side, there's only a 1.3 oz (37 gram) difference which is hardly worth the difference in giving up the 4-day internal battery of the premium charger. There is some savings in size but hardly worth the difference.However, weight savings is not my main dislike of this smaller charger. I took it out on a 5-day hike recently and had problems right off the start with it not fully charging my hearing aids. Normally, I can go a whole day without losing power, but the hearing aids cut out after about 2 hours when charged with this device. I had to recharge them several times during rest stops using a battery in my pack. After some experimentation, I discovered that the problem was in the depth of the wells into which the hearing aid microphones rest during charging. You have to push the hearing aids in all the way into their charging sockets to ensure that they stay charging until fully charged. Otherwise, tension from the receiver cables act like a spring and push the hearing aids up and stop the charging process. This does not happen with the premium charger because the depth of the wells into which the receivers rest is deep enough that there is no tension from the cables.I should note that I have Resound Omnida 960 rechargeable hearing aids, so the problems that I experienced may not apply to all devices, but certainly they did for me. I plan to send it back for a refund. I doubt I'll ever use this charger again.

I was in dire straits when my hearing aid charger was no longer charging. It was out of warranty by 4 months. I found this one on Amazon, and was pleasantly surprised how fast the shipping was after I ordered it. I had read several reviews that the shipping would take much longer than expected. This charger works perfect with my Resound hearing aids and was $200 less than anywhere else I could get it from. The packaging is written in Chinese, but you know how to use the charger if you’ve used one before, so there was nothing I wasn’t able to figure out on my own.It is good quality and comes with the USB cord. It charges up my hearing aids quickly and I am so grateful that I found this company to purchase this from. THANK YOU!!!

This does not have a battery. Only charges when plugged in.
