what is the size of the suction cup? the plate in my bean bag mount is 3.5 inches.

The suction cup is 2-3/4 inches in diameter and has very strong suction. I had a difficult time removing from the windshield even after releasing the suction lever.

Will this work with the RD-7 monitor?
