Different than anything I've used. But that's OK
I barbecued some hamburgers and tried this instead of the traditional Lawry's seasoning and pepper. This definitely has a nice but not overwhelming flavor.

The most amazing product!!! Buy it!!!
If you bake your own French bread or just regular yeast bread, as an inclusion for the best tasting garlic bread flavor you should add this! I was amazed!!! When you do your last doubling of your dough before baking flatten out the dough and sprinkle this generously and roll up tight! Let it rise the final rise and bake it. Also add the everything but the bagel seasoning. Absolutely fantastic!

Great spice for smoking meats
I'm not sure why the product was semi hard. Had to use ice pick to break it up. I'm waiting to open the second bottle. Really like the cherry spice as we smoking a ham using the product. This along with cherry pie filling wrapped in butcher paper.
