Love the case. No frills and fits the Galaxy Note like a glove. Definitely feel like this is the most durable phone case I have ever had and I work my phone hard. Comparable to Otter Box without the extra weight and ugly form factor. I've dropped my phone so many times and it keeps on rolling. I eventually bought second one for the same phone about eighteen months later. Great return on investment there's not even a scratch on the phone.

I really like that this case uses metal buttons. Looks sharp on my black case. Fits my Note 9 like a glove. Not a bulky case - to use with my clip case I use a GRIFITI Band to hold the phone in the clip case.

The case looks nice and feels comfortable in the hand. I don't normally like phone cases because I prefer the natural slim feeling and style of the phone, but this case did not add to much to the phone.

The Good:Fits perfectly snug for the Samsung Note 9. Buttons are smooth and responsive. Protects all corners. Works well with a screen protector.The Bad:Keeping it clean for those that like to keep it in their pocket. Lint and dirt can get in between the crevices.The What?I have used many covers for the Note 9, this is far the best. Others would peel and break after a while. I use a belt clip for my phone and this cover fits great without issues. This also prevents the phone from being smashed or dropped from the back pocket. So many people have cracked phones, they spend hundreds of dollars and yet never protect them with cases and screen protectors.

It's a good case for the price. The back of the case has a good grip and it does not block any buttons, the audio jack, or the pen. It also has decent impact protection. I would recommend this case if you want something simple and not too bulky or expensive.

I love this case and it does its job well as I mentioned on the title. Here are some of my observations to help you make your purchasing decision.1) The case fits very well although it took a little effort on my part to install it the first time. Once the case is installed, the openings (holes) are perfectly aligned to the phone. I say this in comparison to another case (not this brand) that was made for another Samsung phone. Although the openings on that case still allow you to use the phone, the openings are not as perfectly aligned as the ones this Rayboen case. It is a minor detail but it is an indicator of quality and attention to detail by the manufacturer in my opinion.2) This case adds noticeable thickness to your phone.3) The back and sides of the case have a textured surface. I like that because it makes the phone easier to grip. One thing that I don't like with the bare Samsung Note 9 phone is that it is very slippery and attracts fingerprints very easily. Due to the thickness and textured surface of this case, I feel more confident that the phone won't slip when I pick it up from the table.4) The built-in silver buttons on this case align perfectly with the buttons on my Note 9 phone. Thus, the buttons work very well with the case installed.5) If you like your phone to be "identifiable" (such as seeing the Samsung logo), this case may not work for you. Once you install the case, the phone looks like a "generic phone" in my opinion. In other words, there is no quick way to identify what type of phone you have once the case is installed. That is not an issue for me but I wanted to point it out in case it matters to you.
