OttoHeather Wool Blend Flat Bill Snapback Two Tone Cap - H. Black Grey OSFM

I ordered the two tone grey and dark grey blah blah blah it was fine and matched my attire. I reordered another one from a sweat stain(which I clean which is fine) but the snap is cracking only after a couple months and I only wear 3 days a week.Anyways the second one I bought was the grey navy blue bill. But I ordered the same as last time. So WTH do I have to keep ordering and refunding u til I get the color I asked for? Why is navy blue what I got?

This is a nice hat. It's very structured and has kept its shape well. My head feels hot in it so it might be too much for a hot summer. I have another Otto hat and liked that one too.

If you have a big head like me this hat fits great.

They are large!! I wear a 7 1/8- 7 1/4 and this where the snap backs goes to!Which makes the whole hat look....well...funny.The hat might work for large heads, but I don’t think it works for medium or small heads.I’m personally also not a fan of hats that come in envelopes/bags. They always get crushed. Boxes are better.

Fits a little big, but I'm a woman so that may be part of it. Looks great, though! Good quality material.

My husband loved this hat. He thought it was a $40 one from inside the mall. He was shocked when I said online AND how cheap it was. Great buy!

The hat fits good, but whoever filled the order sent me the wrong color twice. Now I have to go thru the trouble of returning it.
