I’d just purchased this (nearly) identical item at Target for $49, but they were sold out everywhere and I wanted two. So I was a little perturbed when I found this at twice the price. But when it arrived, I knew why. It’s really good quality, the coating or whatever it’s called is just enough shine, doesn’t chip off. This thing is strong and will last decades longer than its Target cousin. I’ve since ordered more items from BIRDROCK HOME, they have great furniture and storage pieces. So glad I found them.

Very nice

I had a rattan look storage chest for many years. It was next to a matching chair in our TV room. Our cat, George, would sit on it when he wanted attention. We recently bought new furniture and redesigned. The chest went to the trash. George was Very upset , constantly fussing his perch was gone. When I saw this, I knew it was perfect. It’s larger in diameter but more space for me. George is a happy boy!🤗

I love everything about this product. It is extremely versatile, and would be a wonderful addition to just about any room - even an outdoor (covered) patio. I am using it to store our DVDs...we have lots of them! I wanted them closeby, but was tired of the open storage rack we have used forever. I made a couple of storage trays to fit inside the ottoman so that the DVDs themselves could be organized appropritely and not just tossed in. Works great!!

I absolutely Love this piece! I was looking for something to fill the space under the living room table. This piece works perfectly!! It even matches the color tones in my floor vases. It arrived meticulously packaged to prevent damage which I can appreciate. I am so glad I purchased this item which, by the way, appears to be out of stock with an unknown restock date! 😉

I use this as a table in my bedroom. We use a couple of smaller chairs to just watch TV at night or anytime and I can put a cup of tea, the phone, tissue box or anything on top. Inside is large and we put more of our “clutter” into it. I really like it and am glad I got it.

I bought it for storing throws, and placed it in the living room. It's quality is very good, it is sturdy and well made. The base was unexpected. It has a furniture base, with little feet, so there won't be tear and wear on the rattan itself. The rattan weave is excellent, tight and shiny. It arrived in excellent condition, covered in thick packaging paper, placed in corrugated cardboard box, with styro-foam wedges that kept the item in place and with some air between it and the box. I am very happy with the purchase.

I use this as a storage unit to conceal a mini toaster oven in a corner of my dining room. It is a beautiful ''box'' that is solidly built with a wooden bottom on 4 solid feet. It is pricey but still less expensive than purchasing a furniture cabinet that would take up more space, is more versatile in terms of being able to relocate it easily.
