High quality glass, no distortions at all...really nice mirrors, gives that modern transitional look. The touchscreen buttons for light and heat glow elegantly when off. They touch on and off, and you can dim the LED light by press/hold the light button (although low dim LED flickers and is not very useful but I'm not sure how practical it is to have dimmer anyway...I feel like I'm either going to use the mirror light or not. I wouldnt turn them on just to have a decorative dim....Unfortunately one of the two mirrors died on me. I had it up and turned it on and off a few times (maybe 3 or 4 times) and it decided to go to mirror heaven. I contacted the email address for service and within a week they shipped me a new LED driver with instructions on how to replace (note, they sent parts...not a new mirror). The install of replacement parts was fairly easy, took 15 min to open the mirror and connect a few wires. Not sure what happened or caused the original to burn out but the response and replacement was very quick. Glad to see they support their product.Overall, very happy with this purchase and would recommend.

I thought there was something wrong with mirror as it was blurry. I contacted the company and they said to take a picture, email it, and they'd send a new mirror. Their response was quick and concise. When my contractor installed the mirror, I realized that it had film over it so my mistake, nothing wrong with mirror so I contacted them and said everything was fine. I appreciate companies who stand behind their product and are quick to remedy the situation. And I love the mirror! Works great but you do need a light over it for additional lighting.

Be aware that this mirror needs to be hard-wired, there is no space behind the unit for the plug, no dimmer, hangs out like an old picture frame, If you are a skilled electrician will be fine to install, if not, Good luck. finish ok, the other 2 smaller o purchased from another brand is better quality and easy install.

Very surprised at the quality of construction for the price. Also, the packing was some of the best I've ever seen. Mine was a custom install with the mirror inset into cypress tongue and groove. Because of the reflective back lit design the opening was cut at a forty five degree angle. If placed in a square inset the side facing LEDs would be blocked thus removing the lighted frame design. I also wired it direct and connected to a wall switch. Easy to remove the velcro held backing cover to modify the cord exit needed for direct access to the electrical box.FYI, the lighted feature of this mirror is for decorative purposes only. Not intended for use as a prime light source or to apply makeup.

Bought this mirror for my wife’s bathroom. The mirror looks like something in a 5 star hotel. She also loves being able to do her makeup instantly after a hot shower. It was super easy to install and shipped without damage.

Unfortunately, the first mirror arrived broken in the box. I returned and exchanged it via Amazon and Venetio contacted me directly to understand the problem. The new mirror arrived quickly and in good order. A contractor mounted and wired it with no problem. The mirror is crystal clear and the anti-fog feature works very well. A good investment in our bathroom remodel.

Update: mirror light crapped out after 1 year. Do not recommendSo been looking for the right mirror for a guest bathroom for awhile, went with this one and it’s pretty but not very bright. Luckily the guest bathroom has a second light, because if this was the only light source it wouldn’t even be close to enough. It’s pretty and modern, and I like that. Have gotten several compliments on it, it do wish it was brighter.

It works great. Installation requires a recessed receptacle due to the plug. The back panel is supposed to be flush with the wall but can’t be because of the plug depth and the cable. I used a recessed receptacle and added felt pads to leave a gap for the cable. And you have to be precise with your screw locations. The drywall inserts provided will not support it. I installed studs for mounting it. Might be hard to install in an existing bathroom.

I am not person who writes reviews about any products always. I bought this item in November 21 and got it fixed. The light on the mirror was working perfectly and all of a sudden - 1 month ago - October 2022 the light on the mirror does not come on and now it looks awful. Paying such a price for a mirror is not worth it at all. Not sure if the company will even provide me compensation for this item as it is not even a year old and is not working.

Came nicely packaged and looks nice, issue was with the plug end they include is super cheap quality, the metal prongs wiggle and doesn’t fit in the socket nicely. Manufacturer should send it with a decent plug end assembly instead there’s just a loose wire hanging off the back and it’s to short to reach a plug in unless you happen to have a plug 2” away from your mirror. Took about 2 hours to hang and wore the plug with a trip to the hardware store for extra wire to extend the cord, would return it but threw out the box and don’t wanna be hassled with the burden of doing it all over again.

Light is not as bright as shown and rather than shining through front panel, most light shines out the sides and onto the walls. This not shown in the product images, which seem to be photoshopped. Tje side light tends to show off any imperfection in the surface of the walls, and I live in an older home. That isn't really the fault of the mirror, but something you might want to take into account when buying.

The mirror looks great except…there are 2 large dark stains in the lighting strip at the top of the mirror. They don’t show when the mirror is lit up to maximum. When the lightning isn’t on it looks terrible. They look like some sort of finger and palm print on the backside of the mirror. They don’t come off with cleaning
