I really like this umbrella. But A WARNING:THE CORD THAT CONTROLS THE MECHANISM IS KNOTTED ON ONE END. THIS KNOT IS TOO SMALL AND CAN BE PULLED THROUGH WHERE IT IS SECURED WHEN CRANKED. IF IT PULLS THROUGH WILL REQUIRE MAJOR SURGERY TO RETHREAD. SUGGEST MAKING KNOT LARGER TO AVOID POSSIBLE VERY AGGRAVATING PROBLEM

Very cool umbrella. Purchased the umbrella for my wife since she thinks we need one for thr back patio. I am very impressed with this umbrella. I'll more then likely, never purchase your "every day" umbrella again after having one of these.

I bought more than one. They look good and provide adequate shade, as expected.

Well made easy to operate, indispensable for summer in Texas. My only gripe is that the light inside is way to weak to be of practical use. They should put in a stronger light or not have it. As it is right now the lights are decorative.

Bought this umbrella during the off-season and just now set it up. Initial impression is very positive. So much better than the one I replaced. The ability to rotate and tilt the entire umbrella is similar to one I had 15 years ago and loved. The solar lights are a nice extra. I'm hoping the materials and build quality are good and this umbrella lasts for a number of years. Looking forward to a season of sitting on the deck and enjoying the shade.
