Exceptional book - activities are impactful and easy to accomplish - all needed information is there for the participants and facilitators. Great for educators as activities are broken down by competencies and other factors such as level of disclosure and level of risk. I will wear this book out for sure, it will be used a lot in my classroom.

Lots of ideas and activities for sure, but they are complex and seem hard to execute. I would not recommend this book for those seeking to embrace emotional intelligence activities in their workplace.
