So far I’m doing ok on it. I was worried I would have side effects but so far I’m good. I’ve tried other b12 supplements and i would get major brain fog. Not so far with this one.

My doc recommended this brand after I got some bloodwork back with deficiencies. She’s well versed in supplements and said this one wasn’t full of junk or low quality ingredients. This helped me get back into the ranges I needed!

Great product, Blood tests show quite effective in normalizing homocysteine levels. Would've given 5 stars, but unfortunately they've switched to a plastic bottle instead of the preferred and healthier (for you and planet) Brown Glass container.

Take as directed and it will help your condition as it did mine.
