Fantastic value! I use this in a spice blend and the flavor is perfect!

Bought these for one specific recipe, but have found a million and one ways to use them. I love that little punch of lemon that you can add to whipped cream, icing, pasta, and everything else. I use fresh when it is available, but It is really nice to not have to forego that little something when you forgot to order/purchase fresh lemons.

I got this because I was tired of zesting lemons for recipes all the time, but I am not impressed. This did not smell like lemon at all. It smelled like a variety of spices (not on the ingredient list) and did not improve when soaked in water to reconstitute. Do not recommend.

I put it in a glass container for better freshness & ease of you, but otherwise great product.

This works very well when baking. It saves lots of time since do not have to zest fresh lemons (or oranges) and provides desired taste in baked goods. I have recommended to friends who are now using it as well.

I use lemon peel in cooking and baking. Could not find it at my local grocery stores. Product arrived in good condition. Lemon Peel was fresh and has a long shelf life.
