## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is it a good size for a small female (115lbs, 5’3”), or would it be too big?**
A: I actually don’t use it much! I think it’s big and a little too hard like it doesn’t allow you to go back at all

**Q: Will the mat slide on hardwood floors?**
A: The mat has quite a decent amount of grip on the bottom, so I don't believe it will.

**Q: Would this work well as a head/shoulder anti-slip support for glute bridges? I always slide backwards.**
A: Place power glid on a stable place avoid sliding.

**Q: Is this a moderate softness cushion or more on the very firm/ hard side?. Will use to support my back arch while bench pressing?. Need soft support.**
A: It is more of a firm support. The reason this works for sit ups is it encourages the correct motion for maximum use of the stomach muscles. This will probably be too arched and too firm for bench pressing.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It works!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Support!!!
*by L***L on August 21, 2026*

Finally found an option to protect the tail bone while doing crunches!!! Great product for workouts at home and lite enough to carry everywhere you need to! Sturdy material with the perfect thickness

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very stiff abmat
*by H***Y on December 10, 2020*

This is a very stiff abmat in comparison to the one Rogue makes. But it's also a lot more affordable. It works as intended and holds up over use. The material is sewn together well but does feel like it's plastic and lower quality. It doesn't make abmat sit ups the most comfortable and enjoyable thing to do but it does work if you're trying to exercise on a budget. The stiffness of this abmat doesn't lessen over time and usage.
