Color:2x BLACK Extension Cables for NES Classic & SNES Classic Controller TWIN PACK VERSION:This pack consists of 2x Extension Lead Cables for extending the cable length of the gamepad controllers for either SNES MINI or NES MINI consoles (see full compatibiity guide below to ensure these fit your model of console).LONGER CABLE: Not satisfied with the the 70cm cable length of the standard controller that came supplied with your console? No problem. Each Orzly extension cable is 1.8M (giving you an extra 6 feet length per extension cable added, so that you can play in comfort). While this is more than sufficient for most needs, you can make it longer still by coupling more than one extension cable together.COMPATIBILITY GUIDE: The sockets of these extension cables are designed for connecting any compatible controller of the same socket type to the controller sockets of either Nintendo's New 2016 Model Mini Console version of Nintendo Entertainment System* OR Nintendo's New 2017 Model Mini Console Version of Super Nintendo*. (These cables are NOT for the old Original 1985 NES Model, and are NOT for the old Original 1990-1993 SNES Models)*HOW CAN I TELL WHICH VERSION OF CONSOLE I HAVE? The new mini versions of NES and SNES are the consoles that connect to a TV via a HDMI socket and each had built in pre-installed games* instead of requiring separate cartridges). -The mini consoles were known as the "Classic Edition" series in USA & Canada -The mini consoles were known as the "Nintendo Classic Mini" series in UK & Europe). So the most reliable way to tell is to look on the box of your console....If the box of your console contains either the words "Classic Edition" or "Nintendo Classic Mini" then these Orzly Extension Cables will fit your console!*PLEASE NOTE: THE CONSOLE AND CONTROLLERS SHOWN IN IMAGES ARE SHOWN FOR COMPATIBILITY DEMONSTRATION PURPOSES ONLY AND ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH THIS PRODUCT.

Why can't anyone figure out how to make functioning extension cables?
These stopped working immediately. I was worried my controller was the problem at first. Lord knows how impossible it is to buy an official NES mini controller. Turned out it was this thing. At first it moved my character on screen with out my pushing any buttons then it just stopped working entirley. This is the second brand that can't make a functioning extension cable.I forgot the name of the other brand but I bought it at Gamestop and it did the same thing. Moved my character on screen without me pushing any buttons and then just stopped working. And as always with gamestop the people who work there give you a hard time about returns. Please Nintendo just release SOMETHING so we have an official alternative to those short cables. A wireless controller, a controller with a longer cord, your own extension cables. SOMETHING!I hate how I have to take a gamble with these things. I purchased 2 separate brands and they both sucked.

Works good! Get it! Edit: no don’t see updated review
EDIT 1/15/20: I was removing the controller wire as I normally do. And the 2nd controller pin metal housing literally stayed inside the console and I’m having issues removing it. It literally broke/bent inside the console no matter how careful I was. That is way to flimsy and now my 2nd player port is jammed and have been trying to find a way to fix it. Very annoyed.————-Works good and as described. No issues.

Almost a 5-star, could be my fault though
You know what's cool about this? The connectors connect really well... snug... a little bit of an accidental tug, and you're not ripping the controller out. You know what stinks? It's a little too snug sometimes. We ended up buying another one, so that we could re-connect. You see, one of the first controller wires, I ended up having to take it apart at the back, and pull the connector out with pliers. Got kind of stuck in my machine. But we're not at 4... and 3 have proven admirably. That's good enough for me to recommend to friends, who are at 100% so far. Good odds.

My family enjoys having longer controller cords for gaming.
This product is great as long as I NEVER need to unplug it from my system. The metal part completely dislodges and remains wedged into my gaming system requiring pliers. I wanted to return them and either get a refund or replacements, but my husband said he didn't mind it, so we have not tried unplugging it again. They work very well and I highly recommend getting controller extenders for this system, but just be careful of the pieces that might get stuck. Otherwise, very nice product.

Decent cables, tolerances a bit off.
Cables are okay, not exactly the best fit. The "controller side" is a bit tight and cables have to be a bit forced in. The "console side" fit in just fine on Super NES Classic, however a bit tough to remove. The side clip releases have to be pushed down very firmly and the plug needs to be worked off from side to side a bit. Length is perfect, not too long or too short. Overall decent cables and get the job done.

No lag!!
I had been using wireless remotes but found they had too much lag to play any game. Switched back to my short cables remote and it was much better but sitting feet from the screen in the coffee table wasn’t comfortable at all. So I took the risk and bought these! I’m so glad I did! No lag at all!

So so cords and I've bought them twice
This is the second set I've bought from this company. Both twin packs haven't lasted now than 3 months with minimal play. Please make a better product. I'm tired of buying these every few months. I wish Nintendo made an oem longer cord.

Works great
Why’d they make the cords so short on the controllers? Now I can sit on the couch and play Nintendo.

For a while now it has very hard to find a good quality Wii extension cable and they tended to have treble connectors. With the launch for Nintendo Entertainment System Classic Mini and it's extremely short controller cable Orzly has brought out their extension cables. These are very well made cables with great feeling connectors adding a 1.8m to the cable. Pair that with a Nintendo Wii Classic or Classic Pro controller and you can not need to worry about leaving the seat. The extra length of cable doesn't create any lag while playing. I've been able to connect two cables together and it worked as well.

Clips do not fit new Mini-SNES
The two button operated barbs which are supposed to retain the plug in the Mini-SNES socket do not engage, so the extension cable falls out very easily disconnecting the controller and ruining your game.I ordered a pack of two and both had the same problem so I suspect that they are poor design rather than faulty. They will be returned and the search is on for reviewed verified Mini-SNES compatible ones.

leaving it loose and easy to slip out
Honest experience:- Ordered 2 twin packs of the extension cables.- Cables received in advertised product boxes, but did not have product markings on adaptor parts as pictured.- Out of the 4 cables received in those packs, 3 out of 4 worked after doing additional checks to make sure it was the fault of one of the cables.- Requested a refund via Amazon based on the fault, but held off returning faulty cable until I received a replacement to make sure the replacement cables worked.- Out of the 2 new cables received 1 cable worked out of the 2. The 2nd cable did work, but the clips on the male connector did not click in to place on the console, leaving it loose and easy to slip out.- Kept 1 cable from this new pack and returned the second with the clip connector fault, alongside the originally faulty cable, back to Amazon. Refund process and received.- Overall, out of 3 twin packs ordered 4 out of 6 cables worked.Review: The cables do extend the controllers to a comfortable length now and 2 (or more) can be connected together to extend one controller if so desired. Almost immediately I noticed that the male connectors to the console get stuck on the clips when they click into place. They are fiddly to get out at times and not as smooth as I'd like them to be.However, they do the job they were bought for, but the concern long-term on the clips remain. Time will tell if they hold up! I have not used any other available extenders on the market to do a direct comparison to, so I cannot give feedback in that area. Other extenders could also be just as temperamental. Unless you can try them out before you buy them, and try different cables from different sources, you aren't going to know until you receive them. I am not going to order new ones just because of the low cost of the product and they do work overall. I am just going to be very careful when disconnecting the clips on the ones I do have. This is just an honest personal experience and review of the product, I'll leave the final choice to you to make Other than these things, the cables were posted out in good time because they were fulfilled by Amazon. The faulty cables and refund were also processed just as promptly, so no issues in those areas.

Fine cable but not as shown in pictures
Fine quality cable but the images show a branded cable with the orzly logo embossed into the female end of the housing. I went with these as opposed to a cheaper unbranded cable as you get what you pay for and a branded cable suggests the manufacturer has a degree of quality control. However I received unbranded cables in an orzly box which makes me wonder if these are the real deal?

Quality product
No nonsense product that does exactly what it advertises with no lag from the input on the joypad. You can 'daisy chain' the two cables to make a single 3.6m extension cable if you wish. Makes the NES Classic Mini playable from the sofa and at a distance that will not strain the eyes.Essential for anyone who owns and plays the NES Classic Mini.
