Natural Bamboo Roll Up Window Blind Roman Shade Sun Shade WB-A016 (W24 X H72)

I don't know what "sheerness" above means as what I ordered is not sheer/clear but a darker variegated pattern of wood slat coloring, so lovely after I'd saturated both sides of the two sets of 72"x72" shades with Thompson's Water Seal (over a large drop cloth) and then let the oil soak in until I had help to hang the two sets of the bamboo shades. I placed the same order for the two identical sets (so I'm writing only this one review for both) on April 28th and they arrived USPS on May 3rd in sturdy packaging. I was so pleased with the rapid delivery! They were so easy to hang with my daughter's help and the cords were also easy to loop for the shades to be pulled up and down. They look so great I just had to write a decent review: my deck has shading now, cutting the glare from a neighbor's bright white awning, providing me with privacy while enjoying the pleasing pattern of the shades, and during this heat wave they are also making the deck area much cooler. They arrived intact, no damage whatever, and such a lovely pattern! I'm glad I read all previous customer reviews about weather-proofing the shades to not only extend their life, but to enhance the beauty of the variegated slats of alternating shades. I am happy to have made this purchase for what seems a reasonable price and with care hope they will last me for quite a while! (:

I bought 2 to cover my sliding glass door in our “sun room”. I used 4” Shepard hooks to create space between the door and the shade to allow for the door handle. Installation was easy. Unwound the cords, then made sure they looped around the shade. Pulled the slack to tighten around rolled shade. Used 1” wood screws to install the Shepard hooks and then hung the shades. They look great! Planning to purchase more for the remaining windows in the room.8 month update…Shades are maintaining their quality. No fading from intense sunlight, heat, & humidity. They have withstood the cat bumping into them while attempting to hide from my dog. They even held when the strings wrapped around my dog’s leg as he bolted out the door. (My fault) There was one very hard tug and then he was free. The blind remained in place as if nothing happened.

These look good, nice pattern, updated installed finally a little too much light filtering for me, i figured they would not filter to much with the darker slats but that is not the case i can see out them really good which means you can see into a room with them, have these on my front porch window.

A year ago I purchased one of these blinds. Very satisfied with it. Everything well-made and sturdy. I purchased another last week. The blind itself is identical and easily installed. The cleat supplied to wrap the excess cord was changed from a sturdy device to a cheap tin cleat with sharp edges. The edges could easily cause the blind edges to fray if the blind rubs against it. I had to replace this at an added expense.

We've been looking for new blinds, saw these at a friend's home and fell in love! Ordered 3 and one arrived damaged. There were absolutely no issues with the return and replacement. Thy really came through! While these blinds make it impossible to see in during the day, at night we use a light filtering curtain to eliminate indoor "backlighting" to avoid inside shadows. They are so pretty and make our windows unique in a huge condo building.

I'm pleasantly surprised at the quality for the price. They're a snap to install, and they roll up and down easily without catching. There's no glare as there is with plastic blinds, and the natural bamboo is very attractive- it really blends in with my furniture. I bought one shade to see how it worked and ended up replacing all the blinds in my apartment. I highly recommend this product.

The shades are nice but fairly see through. We have them in our living room and at night with the lights on you can pretty much see in. If you have curtains to go with them they are perfect. Good for the price for what they are.
