Q: Are there supposed to be more pieces? what do i attach the spring steel to? the instructions show a 3 piece wooden rod, but i didn’t receive one...

I corresponded with the maker before I purchased. He said it was too expensive for him to ship the rod, and I should buy one locally. I did buy one locally. I love this mop.

Q: Is it a time consuming hassle to take the cloth off to rinse it while mopping? I'm trying to find something less time consuming than hands and knees.

It only takes a couple of seconds to put the cloth on or off. I can't do hands and knees anyway. But the mops are also good for reaching up to corners etc. You can always switch to a new cleaner or drier cloth for, say, getting spiderwebs out of corners.

Q: Does this come with the cloths? It doesn’t seem to mention it...

It does not come with cloths, but it can work with a variety of cloth. Microfiber or terry bar towels work best. Some people like to use old tshirts or bath towel rags.
