Generic Replacement Central Vacuum Cleaner Filter Compatible with Nutone Models CV352, CV352, CV353

Works as advertised and a good value.

Some folks have posted that this didn't fit because the rim wire was too big or too stiff.I'm hear to say that it is a bit stiffer and at first, I thought it wasn't going to work. But there's a somewhat reduced area you need to work it past, and then it drops into a slight channel. So it fits perfectly. Maybe better than the original.I'm happy with it, and the price was reasonable.

The filter was probably the item that caused the previous owner to stop using the central vac originally for lack of suction. The original filter was probably almost one inch thick, allowing not filtration of air movement. With the new filter, the central vac system works great and has great suction!

The central vacuum system which uses this filter, had not had a filter change for 14+ years. The previous filter held up that long with variable a cleaning schedule. We decided to replace the old filter to see if the vacuum's suction improved.It did improve. So, we'll probably replace filters a bit more frequently. Cleaning a filter doesn't make it as good as new...

This filter made my unit run like it did when it was new. This unit is 25 years old.

This was the correct filter for my central vac, fits perfectly; and must say that the vac is working better with this new, clean filter. Even with cleaning and dusting off, one can only keep an older filter for so long!
