Very cute scarecrow hats.
When they arrive, they are folded up in a bag so they are bent a bit but didn't bother me. It fits a woman's head fine, but a medium size man's head, it's snug. I'm not sure what size it would be, but something to keep in mind.It is a felt like material, it holds up but you don't want to tug hard on this or it might rip. Good for a quick throw together scarecrow costume.

I bought these for my wreaths, perfect for scarecrow wreaths. However, they arrived folded in bags and I had to iron them. It was an easy task though, just used parchment paper and iron on low setting and moved it quickly.
